Refunds Policy:

If the item did not ship (did not leave Bahrain) to the customer this item amount shall be refunded.

If the item has been shipped to the customer this item will not be refunded or exchanged.

If the item was damaged from manufacturer, the item shall be exchanged but not refunded.

If the item is any sort of machinery, it has 6 months exchange warranty.

Note that the items must be unused, must not be broken or damaged and in its original package, Certain items are not refundable or exchangeable which includes:

1- Nursery.
2- Cosmetics.
3- Detergents.
